Terms of service
Last updated 14 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Murable, a service operated by Rawira LTD. By using Murable you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using any part of Murable, you accept these terms and our acceptable use policy. If you use Murable on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
The service
Murable provides cloud Linux desktops and a gateway API that lets an AI agent control them — either an agent running inside the machine or your own agent sending Computer Use and Browser Use commands to the gateway. The service is currently offered as a free preview. Features may change, and preview functionality may be added, altered or removed as we develop the product.
Accounts
Registration is invite-only: you need a valid invite code to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and gateway keys secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Your use of Murable must comply with our acceptable use policy, which sets out what the service may and may not be used for. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
Billing
Murable is metered by the hour of machine runtime. During the preview, usage is free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will make pricing available and give you notice before charges begin, so you can decide whether to continue.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rawira LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Murable and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or the acceptable use policy, or where we are required to by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your computers may be stopped and removed.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Murable after a change means you accept the updated terms.
