Acceptable use policy
Last updated 14 July 2026
Murable gives agents a real computer, a cloud browser and residential proxies. Those are powerful tools, and this policy sets the line we expect every user to stay on. In short: use Murable for lawful automation on systems and accounts you are authorised to use.
Purpose
Murable is built for legitimate automation. Typical, welcome uses include:
- Quality assurance and end-to-end testing of your own websites and applications.
- Data collection you are authorised to perform — for example against APIs and sites whose terms permit it, or that you own.
- Automating your own accounts and workflows on services you have the right to access.
- Research, monitoring and repetitive back-office work that a person could lawfully do by hand.
Prohibited uses
You must not use Murable for anything unlawful, or for any of the following:
- Fraud, deception, or impersonation intended to mislead people or systems.
- Unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data — including credential stuffing, brute-forcing, or logging in without permission.
- Circumventing the security controls, authentication or access limits of systems you do not own or are not authorised to test.
- Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or manipulation of ratings, votes, engagement or advertising.
- Scraping or data collection that breaks another party's terms of service or applicable law.
- Evading bans, blocks or rate limits that were put in place to stop abuse.
- Distributing malware, launching denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise harming other systems or users.
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
Cloud browser and proxies
The anti-detect browser, device personas and residential proxies exist so that lawful automation runs reliably and is not wrongly blocked — not to help anyone hide illegal activity. You may use these features only for automation that is lawful and that you are authorised to carry out. Using them to defeat the security of systems you do not own, to evade abuse controls, or to disguise prohibited activity is a breach of this policy.
Enforcement and suspension
We may investigate suspected violations and take action to protect the service and third parties. Depending on the severity, that can include throttling, suspending or terminating a computer or account, and removing content, with or without prior notice. Where we are legally required to, we may report activity to the relevant authorities.
